Visualisa is the trading name under which Yordan Milenov offers services. Yordan Milenov is the data controller. For privacy questions or requests, email info@visualisa.xyz.

When you email, call, book a meeting or submit a Meta lead form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organization, preferred meeting time and project description. We use this information to reply, arrange a call and prepare a proposal. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling follow-up about your inquiry.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and protect it. A functional visualisa-locale cookie remembers your language for up to 180 days. The site currently does not load Meta Pixel or advertising analytics cookies.

We use Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email, Cal.com for bookings and FormSubmit to deliver contact form messages to our email. If you submit an inquiry through Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes and provides the form data to us. These providers may process data under their own terms; some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell inquiry data.

We keep inquiries and correspondence while needed for discussions and a possible proposal, then review and delete them unless a longer period is needed for a contract, legal obligation or legal claim. Contract records are kept for applicable contractual and statutory periods. You can request deletion at any time; we will explain if specific data must be retained.

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@visualisa.xyz. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

We will update this notice if our data practices change or we add advertising measurement tools.
